At the beginning of May I had the wonderful opportunity to be a small part of Jordan & Danielle's wedding day. From the first time we spoke I was so excited as I heard all the details they were planning & the flowers they wanted. They were aiming for classic & simple bouquets with lots of texture & the feeling of a spring garden. I love that they chose coral as the pop of colour surrounded by soft, natural tones. No fuss or particulars just fresh & beautiful.
As the days were leading up to the big day I found myself really looking forward to it & not just because of the flowers but because they were so excited. Jordan & Danielle are two of the most charming & genuine individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. I instantly felt like I knew them & that wonderful things were ahead of them. These childhood sweethearts bubbled with joy just talking about their preparations. My favourite thing about this wedding is that as much as they wanted to celebrate their wedding they were much more focused on the start of their new life together. I feel that often the wedding can overshadow the actual marriage & new beginning. But not with these two! They simply paused for a moment to celebrate but then headed straight into this new adventure.
The icing on the cake for me is the stunning dress that shows how incredibly beautiful this bride is & the happiness on the faces of everyone there. When these amazing photos by Katie Nicolle Photography appeared in my inbox a few days ago I realized how blessed I was to be a part of it. A glowing couple in incredible photos at the start of a bright future before them. I can't think of any better!
Welcome to my muses & adventures in the world of flowers & design.
